Do I need to move anything before you arrive?
All of our estimates assume all your items are inside your home. We offer an additional 10% off if items are curbside.
How do I get an estimate?
The quickest way to get an estimate is to text or email us photos of what you’d like removed. Once we arrive, we’ll confirm the final price with you before any work begins so there are no surprises.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing depends on load size. Your first 30 minutes of labour are free, then it’s $25/hr per crew member.
What areas do you service?
Primary service areas include Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Delta, and Ladner. For estate cleanouts or hoarder cleanups, we service all of the Lower Mainland.
Do you handle large jobs like estate cleanouts?
Yes! This is one of our specialties. We can handle full-home cleanouts, hoarding situations, downsizing, and multi-room clear-outs with care and professionalism.
Will you recycle or donate items?
Whenever possible, yes. We have not used a landfill in over 35 years & recycle up to 90% of what we collect! We sort items to keep reusable materials out of landfills and donate when appropriate.
Can you remove heavy or bulky items like hot tubs and sheds?
Yes — we handle small demolitions, hot tubs, sheds, play structures, and other oversized items. We’ll safely dismantle and remove them.
Do you remove construction or renovation debris?
Absolutely. We clear wood, drywall*, flooring, tiles, cabinets, and general renovation waste. *Drywall needs to be date stamped.
